Private Sale Behind the Gates in Westlake Village

Million Dollar Estate Sales has the extraordinary task of liquidating 3 homes for this family. This sale will be a private sale, and the home is located behind gates in Westlake Village. The items we are tasked to sell are in pristine condition, and many are unique and one of a kind. We love referrals and this was referred to us about 4 months ago.

We have been working tirelessly with this family to make this happen for them. They have 3 escrows closing in the next 90 days and we will be conducting sales for them at each location. Please remember this is a private sale. And we have rules for this sale, as the HOA is very particular about sales in their affluent neighborhood. 

We will be scheduling appointments for a 2-day period, starting on August 4thand August 5th. The appointments will last 30 minutes. When calling to make an appointment, you must inform us which piece or pieces you are interested in. There will be no window shoppers or lookie loos. We will direct you to the item or items you have reserved an appointment for. To make things fair for everyone, all transactions must be completed within your 30-minute appointment. We will accept credit cards (No AMEX) and cash only. You must arrive on time, if you are late you must reschedule your appointment or lose your space. 

Appointments can be made starting on August 3rdat 9:00AM. Please do not call before then to make an appointment. Please do not bring your pets or children. Thank you for understanding.
