We are a full service Estate Sale company, based in Brentwood, California. We cover anywhere from Orange to Ventura County. Not only do we offer a full service estate sale platform, we also offer consignment, buyout, cleanout, and donation services. We never charge any fee upfront, and the initial consultation is always free. Check us out on our social media pages.

How It Works
After reaching out to us, we will schedule a consultation that fits your daily demands.
You will give us a tour of your property and we will come to a determination of the value of the contents.
Once this has been determined a game-plan will be discussed and agreed upon. A contract will be signed and a timeline will be set to conduct an estate sale. We always work off commission, and this is based on our determination of the value of the contents for sale. We never charge anything up front, we always get paid through the sale of the items at your home. The basis of the commission rate will be largely based upon the value of the contents we are selling. The higher the value, the lower the commission.
Once the sale is completed, you as the rightful owner of the contents, have the option to have a charitable donation service come and remove the items they feel they would be able to use, or donate to their cause. Once this process is completed, the rest of the items in the home would be deemed trash. You as the homeowner always have the option to keep the remaining items or handle this phase on your own. Most clients choose to have this phase completed by our staff, as many times they are closing escrow, or are on strict timelines to have the home cleaned out. This service is not included in the commission from the sale, but is an additional charge. Once this final stage has been completed, your home will be broom swept and vacuumed by our staff. Within 7 business days of the end of the sale, a check will be delivered, along with a breakdown of the sale, and a charitable donation (if you choose)
