Hello Estate Sale shoppers, we have a great sale for you in Marina Del Ray. Due to the overwhelming response from Million Dollar Listing, we have had to refer many jobs in the past 3 months. There are a few hitches with this location you should be aware of. This home is located right on the beach in Marina Del Ray. The parking is limited to say the very least. There will be plenty of signs posted to assist you. The real only parking is a paid lot which is right near the property. The cost is $6.00 to park there. What we will do is offer a refund of the $6.00 charge on purchases of $100.00 or more at this sale. The refund will accompany proof of purchase from the parking attendant. 

Also, please understand that we do not have people to help you with your large merchandise to your car. Please bring help if you plan on buying anything you cannot carry yourself. We can arrange to have movers deliver anything you need, but delivery has to be picked up by 2:00 pm on Sunday.

Please be courteous of the neighbors and beachgoers as well. This is a spectacular location and please respect that.

All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. We accept all major credit cards (minimum $50), but do not accept checks.

Backpacks and purses are not allowed in our sales. You will be turned away at the door. By entering this property, you agree to be recorded on our surveillance system. Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

No previews or prices given out prior to sale day. Please do not call prior to the sale requesting prices. We do not quote prices before the sale begins. 

We do not honor any list generated by anyone. The line at the door is the deciding factor.
